Fluke 64 MAX IR Thermometer
Temperature is a critical parameter
in many electronic devices as it indicates the performance of the equipment. Automatic
Capture features of the new Fluke 64 MAX IR Thermometer can take up to 99 data
logging points along with setting time intervals. This helps in capturing the elusive
temperature events. Using a tripod mount adapter, the thermometer can be
mounted on a regular tripod.

Operation Settings And Procedure:
Select
MAX/MIN/AVG/DIF:
The Fluke 64 collects multiple data
points, and you can select the desired highest or lowest as well as average
readings s=using the setting as below:
1-
Go to HOLD status and use SET, and then select MAX, MIN, AVG, or
DIF.
2-
Press SEL for several seconds. Alternatively, use the trigger to
exit to the main display.
3-
The reading will be displayed on the screen.
SAVE And Review
The Records:
To save the readings, use the following
steps:
1-
Take a measurement by pulling the trigger.
2-
After the measurement is complete, go to HOLD status from the menu.
3-
Push SET and save the readings.
4-
To review first push SEL in the HOLD status and search for REC in
the display, all latest records will display.
5-
Use UP and DOWN arrows to review records.
Lock the
Measurement:
You can continuously take a reading
by using the LOCK feature without having the need to pull the trigger over and
over again.
1-
In HOLD status, select SEL for almost 3 seconds, and the LOCK
option will display on the screen.
2-
Push SET to select the LOCK feature.
3-
To stop taking continuous readings, either push SEL or use the trigger.
Auto Capture:
1-
Within HOLD, push SEL for almost 3 seconds.
2-
Scroll until Auto-Capture and Time are displayed on the screen.
3-
Push SET to switch between ON and OFF.
4-
You may use UP and DOWN arrows to set the auto-capture time.
5-
Push SEL or use the trigger to return to the main display.
